Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Bricks and Chips, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "Company," "us," "our," or "we") when you use our services or offerings, including ZenCubed and Junction Nine (each, an "app" and collectively, the "Service"), with respect to information that can be used to identify you ("Personal Data").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain Personal Data that can be used to contact or identify you. For example, if you contact us directly, such Personal Data may include your name, email address, and the contents of any message or attachments you send us.

Usage Data

Usage Data may be collected automatically when using the Service. This refers to data collected automatically, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

Usage Data may include information such as your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Service through a mobile device, we may also collect information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, and other diagnostic data.

Purchase Data

Some of our apps, including Junction Nine, offer optional in-app purchases (for example, additional puzzle packs). When you make a purchase, the transaction itself is handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play - we do not receive or store your payment card details.

To manage purchases, verify entitlements, and let you restore purchases across devices, we use RevenueCat as a purchase-management service provider. RevenueCat receives data related to your purchase (such as a device identifier and purchase/transaction history) in order to confirm what you've bought and keep that unlocked content available to you. Learn more at RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

When you complete a purchase in Junction Nine, we may also share purchase information (such as the transaction value) with Meta, through our purchase-management provider RevenueCat, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This is separate from RevenueCat's role in managing your entitlements - see "Meta (Facebook)" below.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

Service Providers and Sharing Your Personal Information

We may share your personal information in the following situations:

Not every service provider listed above is used by every app. Please see each app's store listing (App Store "App Privacy" / Google Play "Data safety" section) for the specific providers and data types that apply to that app.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except where required for security, functionality, or legal compliance.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Your consent to this Privacy Policy represents your agreement to that transfer. The Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Data we have collected about you. Please contact us at legal@bricksandchips.co to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Note that we may need to retain certain anonymized or aggregated data where we have a legal obligation to do so.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions: If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law Enforcement: Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

Other Legal Requirements: The Company may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of your Personal Data is important to us. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. Where consent is required as a legal basis for processing, we may require parental consent before collecting information from minors.

Advertising

Some of our apps display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob uses cookies or other identifiers to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our Service or other websites. You may manage your ad preferences via Google's My Ad Center.

Junction Nine also uses Meta's advertising tools to measure ad performance and reach potential new users. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework governs your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) specifically - we request your permission before accessing it, and you can grant or deny this at any time in your device's Settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking). Regardless of that choice, we may still share other device and purchase information (such as a device identifier and purchase value) with Meta in aggregated or modeled form, consistent with Apple's and Meta's privacy frameworks for App Tracking Transparency. You can opt out of Meta's use of your data for advertising via Meta's Ad Preferences.

Not all of our apps display ads or use advertising SDKs - see the app's store listing for details specific to that app.

In-App Purchases

Some of our apps offer optional one-time or recurring in-app purchases that unlock additional content (for example, additional puzzle packs in Junction Nine). Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, not by us directly, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We use RevenueCat to confirm and manage your entitlement to purchased content; see "Purchase Data" above.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to other websites not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted.
